Quality Policy

For seafarers recruited by us, the following conditions apply.

  • The seafarer bears responsibility for the accuracy, currency, and validity of the data provided in their Application Form.
  • The seafarer must possess adequate certification and experience relevant to the position and type of vessel they are assigned to join.
  • The seafarer is required to uphold discipline on the vessel and must adhere to the orders given by the vessel's Master.
  • The seafarer must utilize personal safety gear while on the vessel.
  • The seafarer is prohibited from consuming, handling, or engaging in drug trafficking or alcohol use on the vessel.
  • The seafarer must be physically fit and capable of performing all duties and tasks corresponding to their rating.
  • The company will not re-employ any crew member who has been found guilty, disobedient, or deemed unfit by the customer.
